Error message when registering

Symptom: You get an error message when you try to register the software that you are not connected to internet or the firewall is blocking the program (often the message will be "Server did not respond") -

 Cause: The firewall or security software installed in your computer prevents Credit Card Watchdog to communicate with DITEC Software in order to verify your License Number. Solution:

1. Go to http://support.qdde.com/cc/lform.asp

2. Enter your name, email address, license key (code) and serial number.

3. Your license code was emailed to you at the time of your purchase in an email titled. Your serial number is displayed in the registration box on the registration window of the software.

4. Click the "Send" button".

5. You will recieve the unlock code in your email.
